“The role of the teacher is like the proverbial ‘ladder’, it is used by everyone to climb up in life, but the ladder itself stays in its place.” A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. Thus the lecture notes matter very less than the special way teachers comprehend the subject and value human learning. Whether it may be historians or physicists, the best teachers not only know their subjects inside and out but also know how to engage and challenge students and to provoke impassioned responses. Here in this institution this has been a common practice.
To inculcate the spirit of service to humanitarian the two very active NCC wings, NSS unit is functioning in the college with almost 300 menbers always participates with great enthusiasm in various activities organised in State and National level. They also regularly organize camps and awareness programmes to enhance the social and cultural relevance of the courses.
Most colleges strive to create diverse and exciting campus environments, and equate diversity of all kinds with excitement, challenge, learning, and personal growth opportunities for all students. Because they believe that it the diversity prepares students for future career success and for work in a global society. In Bajali College these are available for you.
A scientific temperament describes the make-up of a person who views everything with a scientific frame of mind just like Sherlock Holmes lived his life with an investigative, analytic, factual and deductive mind. He had a scientific temper as his approach, lifestyle etc. was based and rotated around a permanent scientific view of everything. In this glorious institution to the faculties from science departments are dedicated to develope this spirit amongst the students. So various departments regularly organise workshops, seminars, popular talks just to inculcate the true spirit of science in the minds of the students.
This institute had taken an excellent step inviting the all Principals of different colleges of Barpeta district for a joint sitting on 18th Feb 2016 of the to discuss post accreditation measures to maintain quality education in the colleges of Assam.
